      ABOUT US

      Casa de Pacto

Founded in 2009, Casa de Pacto is a Christian, biblical, and evangelical church committed to glorifying God in everything we do.

      Our mission is clear:
“We exist to glorify God by making biblical, generational, and missionary disciples, with evangelistic passion and social commitment.”

We believe in the authority of Scripture and strive to teach sound doctrine with faithfulness, clarity, and love—guiding each person toward a life transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are a non-denominational church, yet we actively serve and collaborate with dozens of faith communities worldwide, united in mission.

We are passionate about investing in emerging generations, creating spaces where children, teens, and youth grow in faith, character, and calling. At the same time, we walk alongside families, supporting them at every stage with biblical principles, pastoral care, and community.

We live with a strong missionary focus—bringing hope beyond our walls, serving our city and the nations with compassion, generosity, and the message of salvation.

We believe every person deserves to be loved and cared for with the heart of Christ. Casa de Pacto is a spiritual home where you can grow, serve, and belong.

Additionally, we are the founding church of Covenant Private School, an academic ministry that combines educational excellence with Christian formation, serving future generations with vision and commitment

14 Core Beliefs of Our Church:

      1. Authority of  the Bible – We believe the Bible is God’s inspired,      inerrant, and infallible Word. It is the ultimate authority in faith,      life, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
      2. One True God – We      believe in one eternal, triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit      (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19).
      3. Divinity and Humanity of Jesus Christ – We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and      fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (John      1:1, 14; Matthew 1:23).
      4. Salvation by  Grace through Faith – We believe salvation is a gift from God,      received only through faith in Jesus Christ—not by works (Ephesians      2:8–9).
      5. Sin and Need for Redemption – We believe all humans have sinned and need      God’s forgiveness through repentance and faith in Jesus (Romans 3:23;      6:23).
      6. Death and Resurrection of Christ – We believe Jesus died on the cross for our      sins, was buried, and rose on the third day, conquering death (1      Corinthians 15:3–4).
      7. New Birth – We      believe every believer experiences a spiritual rebirth through the work of      the Holy Spirit (John 3:3–7).
      8. Work of theHoly Spirit – We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in every      believer, empowering, guiding, comforting, and sanctifying them to live a      godly and serving life (John 14:16–17; Galatians 5:22–23).
      9. The Churchas the Body of Christ – We believe the Church is composed of all      born-again believers, called to worship, disciple, serve, and take the      Gospel to the world (Ephesians 4:11–13).
      10. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper – We believe in the ordinances of water      baptism by immersion as a testimony of faith, and the Lord’s Supper as a      remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
      11. Sanctification of the Believer – We believe in a life transformed by the      power of the Holy Spirit, calling us to holiness and obedience to God (1      Peter 1:15–16; Romans 12:1–2).
      12. Second Coming of Christ – We believe Jesus Christ will return      personally, in glory and power, to judge the living and the dead, and to      establish His eternal Kingdom (Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12).
      13. Eternal Judgment – We believe in the resurrection of the dead:      eternal life for the saved and eternal condemnation for those who reject      Christ (John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:11–15).
      14. Evangelistic and Social Mission of the Church – We believe the Church has the responsibility      to proclaim the Gospel and demonstrate God’s love through compassion,      justice, and service to others (Matthew 28:19–20; Micah 6:8).

      Grow with us

Every Friday, our youth gather to worship God, connect with one another, and be discipled with a focus that is authentic and relevant to their generation.  In a dynamic environment designed especially for them, they experience energetic and meaningful activities, build healthy relationships, and grow in their ministerial calling.  Our team of leaders passionately accompanies them, guiding them to have a genuine encounter with God through His Word and practical discipleship that transforms lives.

      Grow with us

      Grow with us

Why Is It Important to Gather in a Church? Because it is God’s command The Bible teaches us not to neglect meeting with other believers: "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." – Hebrews 10:25 Gathering together is part of obeying God and a demonstration of our active faith.  Because we grow in community The Christian life was not meant to be lived in isolation. In the church, we find a spiritual family that encourages, corrects, builds up, and helps us grow in love, faith, and knowledge of God’s Word.  Because we receive biblical teaching Through preaching and discipleship, we are trained in truth, guided by spiritual leaders, and equipped to live according to God’s purpose.  Because we serve and are part of the body of Christ Every believer has gifts meant to serve God’s Kingdom. By gathering together, we find opportunities to serve, minister, and be an active part of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12).  Because it provides spiritual protection The church helps us stand firm, supports us in difficult times, and surrounds us with prayer and emotional encouragement.  Because we celebrate faith together In church, we worship in unity, participate in the Lord’s Supper, celebrate baptisms, and share testimonies that strengthen everyone’s faith.  Gathering together is vital for a believer’s spiritual health because it connects us with God, with others, and with the purpose for which we were called. The church is where strong faith is cultivated, genuine fellowship is experienced, and Christian love is lived out.

      Baptism

Why Water Baptism? Water baptism is one of the fundamental ordinances established by Jesus Christ. It is not just a symbolic ritual but a powerful expression of faith, obedience, and spiritual transformation.

       1. It is a command from Jesus Jesus instructed His disciples to baptize believers as part of the discipleship process: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." – Matthew 28:19

      2. It is an act of obedience Baptism does not save, but it is an obedient response of a person who has already believed and been saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). The believer publicly demonstrates their decision to follow Christ.

      3. It symbolizes our new life in Christ Baptism represents our identification with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection: "Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead… so we also should walk in newness of life." – Romans 6:4

      4. It is a public declaration of faith Baptism declares before the church and the world: “I belong to Christ.” It is a visible testimony of an inward change.

How should baptism be done? The biblical model is baptism by immersion, representing the believer’s death (going under the water), burial, and resurrection (coming out of the water) in Christ.

If you want to learn more about this wonderful ordinance of faith, we invite you to contact us, and we will gladly guide you in this journey.

      Bible Study

Why Is It Important to Read the Bible?

      1. The Word nourishes your spiritual life "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." – Matthew 4:4

       2. It guides and protects you "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." – Psalm 119:105

       3. It transforms you "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." – Romans 12:2

      4. It equips you to live according to God’s will "All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the servant of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." – 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Be patient with yourself. Reading the Bible is a lifelong journey. As you study it, the Holy Spirit will continue to reveal more and more about who God is and who you are in Him.

      Great Commission

At Casa de Pacto, we firmly believe that God’s mission is global and transformative. That is why we live out Jesus’ call to go and make disciples of all nations, while serving with love and compassion those in greatest need.  Currently, we support over 45 church planters in the field, with a special focus on the 10/40 Window, one of the regions least reached by the Gospel. Through intercession, financial support, and strategic visits, we actively collaborate in expanding God’s Kingdom in areas of high risk and great spiritual need.

Our commitment extends beyond the spiritual realm to social impact projects that transform communities:

      • Shelter and Educations Programs in Central America: We support homes that provide shelter, education, and comprehensive care for vulnerable children and youth. This project is carried out in collaboration with the ministry Dios Vino a Verte Inc.

      • Community Education: We develop educational initiatives in areas of extreme need, offering learning and growth opportunities. We support a primary school in Betania, Olanchito, Honduras, serving around 120 students. Over the past five years, the academic and community impact has been significant. These children not only receive a quality education but also daily meals.

      • Backpacks of Hope: Twice a year, we distribute school supplies to over 200 students, sowing hope and preparing new generations for a purposeful future.   Spiritual and Emotional Support for Seniors: We visit senior centers and hospitals weekly, bringing prayer, companionship, and words of life.

      • Active Prison Chaplaincy: Our chaplains minister in local prisons, sharing the Gospel, discipling inmates, and supporting their families through restoration. Our church visits Casa Alborada in Santurce biweekly and other prisons monthly.

      • Water Well Construction: We participate in building wells in communities without access to clean water, providing a vital resource and demonstrating God’s practical love.

      • Financial Support for Workers in Africa and Central Asia: We economically support church planters and pastors in countries with great need for the Gospel, specifically in the 10/40 Window.

      • Redeeming Christian Slaves: A serious reality is the enslavement of Christians, mainly in Central Asia. We help redeem debts and provide new economic opportunities through family businesses. This allows entire families to have a better quality of life and participate in church ministry.

      Working together

At Casa de Pacto, missions are not just a program—they are part of our DNA. Every effort reflects our passion for souls, generous service, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission with willing hands and feet.  If you want to be part of these initiatives, you can contact us. Weekly Devotional

“Devotional Reading: Complaint, Lament, and Trust – Base Text: Psalm 13 (RVR95)”

“How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever?
How long will You hide Your face from me?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul,
having sorrow in my heart all the day?
How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
      Consider and answer me, O Lord my God;
enlighten my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,
lest my enemy say, ‘I have prevailed against him,’
and my adversaries rejoice when I fall.
      But I have trusted in Your mercy;
my heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because He has dealt well with me.” – Psalm 13

      Reflection
Psalm 13 opens the door to the language of lament—a prayer expressed from pain, yet leading to trust. Lament is not the same as complaining. Complaining dwells in frustration, but lament brings that burden to the only One who can transform the heart and reality: God. The psalmist does not hide his anguish or disguise his pain; he expresses it honestly. It is precisely this sincerity that leads him to a place of encounter with God, where his plea becomes trust, and his distress turns into hope.

Jesus Himself, on the cross, showed that lament is part of the faith journey: “My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46). There, in His deepest cry, the work of redemption was affirmed. Christ’s lament assures us that our pain is not the end of the story.

      Key Lessons

      1. Seek God
Lament invites us to run toward God, not away from Him. The question, “How long, O Lord?” shows that even in pain, the psalmist acknowledges that only God can answer.

      2. Express what burdens us
The psalmist does not hide his anguish. He openly shares his inner and outer conflicts. Our prayer should be a space of honesty, where we name what hurts and lay it before the Lord.

      3. Ask for wisdom in our requests
The plea, “Enlighten my eyes,” is more than a desire for relief—it is a cry for understanding and hope. Prayer is more than asking God to change circumstances; it is asking Him to illuminate our hearts to interpret reality from His presence.

      4. Trust in the One who lamented most on the cross
Lamenting prayer always ends in trust: “But I have trusted in Your mercy.” The psalmist chooses to rest in God’s love. We too can trust, because Christ on the cross bore our lament and opened the way to salvation (Matthew 27:46).

      Closing Prayer
      Beloved Lord,

We come before You with open hearts, acknowledging that often our pain overwhelms us and we feel distant from You. Today, we lament before You—not with despair, but with faith.

We seek You, we tell You what hurts, and we ask You to enlighten our eyes with Your truth. Teach us to trust in Your mercy, remembering that Jesus on the cross bore the greatest lament so that we may find life, hope, and salvation.

May our cries turn into trust, and our sorrow into praise.

In the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.

receive Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your soul

If you would like to receive Jesus as the Lord and Savior of your soul, we invite you to pray this prayer of faith:

1 John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

James 5:16 – “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”

Proverbs 28:13 – “He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.”

      Prayer of Faith

      Lord Jesus,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that I need Your forgiveness.
I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that You rose again on the third day.
Today I repent of my sins and ask You to come into my heart.
I accept You as my Savior and Lord.
Take control of my life and help me live according to Your Word.
Thank You for loving me, forgiving me, and giving me eternal life.
From this day on, I am Yours and I will follow You all the days of my life.
      In Jesus’ name, Amen.
